Pharmacist - Chemo

Conduct comprehensive pharmaceutical care for oncology patients by intervening to improve prescribing, administering medication therapy management, and determining optimal doses based on patient factors. Oversee and direct the preparation of chemotherapy, screen orders for interactions, and manage adverse effects while collaborating with hematology/oncology providers and interdisciplinary teams. Supervise pharmacy technicians, assist in training new employees, and represent the pharmacy on committees. Create and maintain binders for clinical trials, facilitate safe preparation of investigational medications, and develop medication-related policies and protocols. Participate in pharmacokinetics dosing services and support clinical trial protocols.
