Job Summary
Pharmacist for Baptist Health's Central Operations at Baptist Jacksonville (Downtown). PRN, various shifts with hybrid functions within the central pharmacy, IV room, and OR Satellite. Responsibilities include entering orders with accuracy, verifying technician work prior to medication release, supervising technicians, consulting with medical staff, and monitoring patient therapy including pharmacokinetics services. Requires a Registered Pharmacist with Florida license and a BS in Pharmacy; PGY1 residency preferred. Location is Downtown Jacksonville, FL, with hospital-central pharmacy operations and shift variability across day, evening, night and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Pharmacist - State Board of Pharmacy
- Licensed Pharmacist - DOH
- Bachelor of Science
- Pharmacist license within the State of Florida
- In-Patient Hospital Pharmacy Experience preferred
- PGY1 Residency preferred
