Job Summary
Review and dispense orders, perform clinical interventions per P&T protocols, and supply drug information to physicians, nurses, and patients. Prepare sterile preparations adhering to USP 797 and USP 800 standards while actively participating in quality and performance improvement initiatives. Assist the Lead Pharmacist and Manager with operational needs and projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional standards. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, one year of hospital experience preferred, and an active NJ Pharmacist license. Located in Freehold, New Jersey, this role supports the Pharmacy Department within CentraState Healthcare System's network of hospitals, senior living facilities, and community health pavilions.
