Job Summary
Own the workflow with automation machines and shipping within the pharmacy platform; review and sign off on refilled medications in Parata equipment canisters; troubleshoot and eliminate equipment errors to reduce downtime; assist receiving medications and data entry when staff are unavailable; support the prescription processing with onsite automation; prepare orders for packing and shipping; respond to clinical questions from patients online or by phone. Requires active pharmacist licensure in TX and CA, onsite availability in the DFW area, comfort with learning new equipment, strong customer service, ability to work independently, and proficiency with Microsoft/Google apps. Start-up environment with a focus on clinical and business aspects of a technology-enabled telehealth pharmacy.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacist (Required)
- Active pharmacist license in Texas and California with no reprimands
- Onsite availability at the Clearwater pharmacy
- Ability to learn equipment/technology
- Customer service excellence
- Independence with minimal supervision
- Proficiency with Microsoft and/or Google apps
