Job Summary
Implements, supports, and leads integrated solutions for application and data integration managed by Information Services, focusing on Epic Willow or Ambulatory accreditation. Coordinates cross-functional teams to execute design, development, and optimization for electronic health records (EHR) integration, including Epic, ancillary systems, and non-EHR applications. Provides support and training while participating in goals and objectives planning for digital applications across Sutter Health entities. Requires a licensed pharmacist with a doctorate degree and PGY 1 residency, plus six years of relevant experience. Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule with a weekly salary range of $165,339.20 to $264,555.20.
Required Qualifications
- Epic Willow or Ambulatory accreditation or certification
- Beacon certification
- Doctorate: Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy program
- PGY 1 Pharmacy practice residency
- 6 years recent relevant experience
- PHARMD-Licensed Pharmacist
- Working knowledge of Health Level 7 (HL7)
- Understanding of AI concepts and opportunities for application within Pharmacy
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards with an emphasis on supporting business requirements
- Working knowledge of healthcare operations and structure
- Working knowledge and experience with different analytical tools/dashboards used to evaluate and identify opportunities within Pharmacy and technical workflows/functionality
- In-depth knowledge of the lifecycle of application environments
- Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts
