Job Summary
Oversee daily pharmacy operations in an inpatient rehabilitation setting; ensure accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medications in line with legal and professional standards; contribute to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures in compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory requirements; participate in an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes; leverage pharmaceutical knowledge to support clinical services and medication management; licensure in the appropriate state and completion of an accredited pharmacy program are required; supervisory experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- State pharmacy board licensure in good standing, for the state in which the hospital is located
- Completion of a degree from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
