Job Summary
Pharmacist position overseeing daily pharmacy operations, contributing to policy development and adherence to Joint Commission and regulatory standards, and participating in an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. Responsibilities include accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medications in line with legal and professional standards, and providing independent clinical judgment and management recommendations within rehabilitative care. Requires licensure and a PharmD/appropriate degree from an accredited program, with supervisory experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- State pharmacy board licensure in good standing for the state in which the hospital is located
- Completion of a degree from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent
- 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
