Job Summary
Overseeing daily pharmacy operations in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, ensuring accurate interpretation, compounding, and dispensing of medications while developing and enforcing pharmacy-specific policies and procedures in line with Joint Commission and regulatory standards. Contribute to an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, participate in policy development, and exercise independent professional judgment. Required Qualifications
- State pharmacy board licensure in good standing, for the state in which the hospital is located.
- Completion of a degree from an accredited pharmacy program or equivalent.
