Job Summary
Lead pharmacy operations as Pharmacist in Charge in a contract-to-hire capacity. Oversee prescription processing, verification prior to dispensing, and daily workflow while ensuring regulatory compliance with the South Dakota Board of Pharmacy. Supervise technicians, conduct monthly audits, and administer immunizations including Long-Acting Injectable medications. Requires active SD pharmacist license and prior PIC/manager experience; strong leadership and regulatory oversight skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted South Dakota Pharmacist License (required)
- Previous Pharmacy Manager or PIC experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with regulatory compliance and pharmacy audits
- Immunization certification preferred
