Job Summary
Dispense medications accurately in accordance with prescriptions and regulatory guidelines while providing professional clinical counseling on usage, side effects, and wellness. Manage and optimize retail pharmacy operations by promoting and stocking wellness products and cosmetics, alongside monitoring inventory levels and ensuring proper storage. Deliver exceptional customer service to build strong patient relationships and leverage social media platforms to enhance visibility and drive community health literacy. Maintain meticulous records and operate with a high degree of independence to support the pharmacy's growth and ensure regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree
- Current and a valid Pharmacist license to practice
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a community pharmacy
- Strong clinical knowledge coupled with excellent customer service and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with wellness products, cosmetics, and retail pharmacy operations
