Job Summary
Provide pharmaceutical care by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, counseling customers on health needs, and administering immunizations while maintaining confidential records. Model and enforce proper customer service approaches to resolve concerns, guide pharmacy staff on techniques, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Analyze reports to monitor loss prevention, safety controls, and quality assurance reviews, developing action plans to improve team knowledge and patient safety. Build relationships with stakeholders to identify business needs and implement strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
