Job Summary
Process prescriptions, counsel patients on medication needs, and administer immunizations while maintaining strict confidentiality and documentation. Lead pharmacy staff by modeling customer service approaches, resolving complaints, and guiding associates on proper techniques. Analyze community health data to address urgent issues, ensure compliance with legal policies, and implement safety controls. Manage inventory and cost savings to support business goals while fostering relationships with diverse patient populations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
