Job Summary
Provide pharmaceutical care by processing prescriptions, counseling patients on medication needs, and administering immunizations while maintaining confidential records. Lead pharmacy staff by modeling customer service approaches, enforcing compliance with policies, and guiding associates on resolving concerns. Analyze community health data to address urgent issues and drive improvements in operational safety and quality assurance. Ensure strict adherence to legal regulations, loss prevention controls, and standard operating procedures across all assigned areas.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
