Job Summary
Provide pharmaceutical care by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders, counseling customers on medication needs, and administering immunizations. Model and enforce proper customer service approaches to resolve concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and safety controls. Guide pharmacy staff on best practices, monitor operational quality, and implement action plans to improve patient safety and business performance. Maintain confidential documentation and stay current on emergent health issues to support community wellness initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
