Job Summary
Process prescriptions, counsel patients on medication needs, and administer immunizations while maintaining strict confidentiality and documentation standards. Lead pharmacy staff by modeling customer service techniques, resolving concerns, and guiding compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Analyze operational data to drive cost savings, inventory control, and quality assurance initiatives that improve patient safety and community health outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
