Job Summary
Process prescriptions, counsel patients on medication needs, and administer immunizations while maintaining accurate documentation and controlled substance records. Lead pharmacy staff by modeling customer service techniques, resolving complaints, and guiding associates on proper procedures. Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities, ensure compliance with legal and company policies, and develop action plans for quality assurance and safety. Engage with the community through outreach events and Wellness Days to address local health concerns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP)
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
