Supervise pharmacy preparers and apprentices, ensuring strict compliance with regulations for controlled substances and cold chain management. Operate fluidly between the counter and back-office to handle billing disputes and specific orders, proactively identifying workflow gaps to propose new product ranges or service improvements. Maintain a strong local patient relationship as the primary pharmacy reference, fostering long-term collaboration within the modern Finistère environment.
