Job Summary
Lead enterprise pharmaceutical and biotech accounts by defining and executing comprehensive account strategies to drive long-term growth across multiple sites and functions. Own high-value, multi-stakeholder opportunities, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and translate deep customer insight into measurable commercial impact. Build and expand executive and scientific relationships, position Waters as a trusted partner, coordinate internal resources (Technical Sales Specialists, Service, Marketing, Leadership), and drive multi-portfolio growth through complex opportunities and long sales cycles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (scientific discipline strongly preferred)
- Significant commercial experience in life sciences, biotech, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical industries
- Proven success managing complex enterprise accounts
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities
- Strong track record of quota achievement and performance delivery
- Willingness to travel nationally (up to ~50–70% depending on account scope)
