Job Summary
Territory Manager, Immunology for Dermatology/Immunology in the Boston/Northern New England, MA territory. Drive the sale and promotion of Lilly products within a distinct territory, calling on dermatologists and allergists; field-based role with requirement to live in the territory. Responsibilities include executing sales engagements, developing deep disease-state and product knowledge, planning regular territory coverage, deploying HQ-approved educational resources, navigating a complex healthcare ecosystem, analyzing sales information to maximize opportunities, building relationships with decision makers, and complying with policies and procedures. Qualifications include BA/BS degree, 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience (Immunology preferred), strong communication and organizational skills, CRM proficiency, and ability to travel including overnights/weekends; must pass background and drug screening. Benefits and compensation include base salary $100k-$140k, potential incentives/bonuses, company car, and comprehensive benefits. Fluency in additional languages may be required depending on territory.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree required
- 2+ years pharmaceutical sales
- Immunology experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Must live in the territory
- Proficiency with CRM platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
