Job Summary
Territory Manager, Dermatology role responsible for driving sales and promotion of Lilly products to dermatologists and allergists within Fort Worth, TX. Requires BA/BS and 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience; immunology background preferred. Field-based position requiring residency in the territory, travel (including overnights/weekends), and relationship-building with key decision makers. Responsibilities include executing sales engagements, planning territory coverage, deploying educational resources, analyzing sales data, coordinating with the Immunology selling team, adhering to PhRMA code and internal policies, training, and leveraging CRM and Microsoft 365 tools to achieve sales goals. Must live in the territory and be able to pass background checks and drug screening. Bilingual proficiency may be required depending on territory and customer needs. Required Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree
- 2+ years pharmaceutical sales
- Immunology experience preferred
- Valid driver\'s license
- Ability to travel as necessary, including overnights and/or weekends
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Must live in the territory
- Proficiency with CRM platforms
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
- Complete all company- and job-related training as assigned within required timelines
