Job Summary
Develop superior product and disease state knowledge to educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence, approved indications, and efficacy profiles. Drive sales performance independently to meet or exceed therapeutic and territory forecasts while developing local strategies with district and regional leadership. Execute Strategic Targeting Plans utilizing promotional resources and analytical tools to capitalize on formulary approvals and enhance effectiveness based on customer needs. Provide special education to providers through programs adhering to ethical guidelines and coordinate selling efforts with other specialists. Complete required training, including product examinations, and maintain in-depth market and demographic knowledge for your assigned territory.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of demonstrated Sales or B2B, or Commercial experience
- A driver's license and safe driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the medical, healthcare or pharmacy industry and skills in clinical; preferably within Respiratory therapeutic areas
- Prior sales experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership
- Exemplified judgment and decision-making capability
- Be results-oriented with demonstrated time management skills
- Ability to learn, analyze, understand and convey complex information
