Job Summary
Develop the territory franchise as a profit center by creating a business plan that achieves sales goals through account identification, marketing initiatives, and expense allocation. Manage a minimum of 20 accounts meeting "Galt 10" parameters while building strategic partnerships with healthcare practices and pharmacies. Represent Galt Pharmaceuticals through data analysis of trends and prospecting, utilizing CRM and sales prescription data to measure performance. Solve problems for customers with white glove service, actively listening to stakeholders to identify barriers and facilitate solutions. Collaborate with corporate functions to share best practices and participate in territory business reviews with Phranchise Owners. Make sound financial decisions to save time and expenses, working with accounting departments for payments and documentation when required.
Required Qualifications
- Must pass Sales and Clinical/Compliance Training
- Valid Driver's License and safe driving record
- 1-2 years of B2B, DME, or healthcare sales experience preferred
- Must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or Business-related area preferred
