Job Summary
Drive the successful launch of a new pharmaceutical product by executing strategic sales initiatives and implementing business plans to meet and exceed all KPIs for the assigned territory. Build relationships with healthcare professionals to educate them on product benefits, efficacy, and usage while conducting presentations, delivering messaging, and addressing inquiries. Utilize data-driven insights to track performance, optimize territory management, and adapt strategies based on market trends and competitor activities. Adhere to regulatory guidelines and participate in training programs to maintain product knowledge. This role requires 2+ years of primary care pharmaceutical sales experience with a preference for rheumatology and launch sales backgrounds. Base pay ranges from $53K to $98K annually.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, science, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years primary care pharmaceutical sales experience
- Valid driver's license in good standing
- Some overnight travel
