Job Summary
Lead the business plan for implementing J&J's medicine portfolio across prioritised NHS Trusts by delivering specific tactics to support appropriate local uptake. Use scientific understanding to hold clear conversations with healthcare professionals about licensed medicines, helping them understand treatment options and pathway developments. Plan and prioritise customer engagement across assigned NHS Trusts, supporting educational activities while maintaining strong product, therapy-area, and competitor knowledge. Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to demonstrate total system value and deliver agreed sales, financial, marketing, and brand objectives. Build trusted relationships with customers and disease-state experts, using CRM reporting and market intelligence to manage activity effectively and drive performance.
Required Qualifications
- Recent Graduate
- minimum of Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Biosciences or related scientific field
- Experience of a clinical setting either through university course or work experience
