Job Summary
Organize and control pharmaceutical capital project elements, managing cost, schedule, and quality deliverables for aseptic fill/finish, bioprocessing, and automation integration. Develop project objectives by reviewing proposals and specifications while providing timely engineering solutions to assignment problems. Monitor progress, coordinate activities, and resolve issues to maintain schedules and control expenditures through contractor contract administration. Prepare status reports, maintain documentation including drawings and change controls, and enforce safety procedures to comply with federal and state regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 3 – 5 years related work experience
- Proven track record of being self-motivated
- Capable of working in diverse team situations
- Maintaining a positive attitude towards project challenges
