Job Summary
Execute manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and SAP transactions in strict adherence to cGMP and OSHA regulations. Manage equipment setup, cleaning, and operation including weight scales, mixers, granulators, and solution preparation. Verify raw materials, follow manufacturing order instructions, and perform process sampling. Complete all related paper and electronic documentation to close batch record transactions. Assume coordination tasks for the area Pharmaceutical Coordinator when absent. Requires continuous standing for prolonged periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Associate Degree in Science
- Five (5) years of experience as Pharmaceutical Operator I
- Knowledge in operation and troubleshooting of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge in documentation and regulatory compliance
- Intermediate or advanced English proficiency, especially for reading procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Continuous standing for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8 hr day)
