Job Summary
Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment used to mix, fill, and package medications in a safe, high-quality cGMP space. Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain GMP and cleanroom standards while accurately measuring ingredients and documenting production data. Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble equipment between production runs and perform routine inspections, maintenance, and safety checks. Work closely with teammates to meet production, quality, and safety goals and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence. Join an expanding team in Bend, Oregon where you'll receive comprehensive training and hands-on support to build new pharmaceutical products from clinical scale to full manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including one weekend day
- Strong attention to detail
- Communication skills
- Comfortable wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Ability to lift and move equipment safely
- Willingness to learn and work in a regulated environment
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical exam
