Job Summary
Manufacturing Operator responsible for the production of Metered Dosage Inhaler (MDI) products, performing duties in a cGMP environment. Responsibilities include dispensing raw materials and primary packing materials, planning and executing batches, monitoring and recording production materials and lines, performing process checks and calibration, operating and maintaining machinery, coordinating with engineering, QA, QC, and packaging, ensuring line clearance during changeovers, ensuring safety and proper PPE usage, and completing all documentation accurately and timely. Requires ability to work in a team, follow SOPs, and adhere to health and safety procedures; prior manufacturing experience in pharmaceutical or aerosol products and basic understanding of GMP practices are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Accredited college certificate or university degree is preferred.
- Minimum one (1) year of manufacturing experience with pharmaceutical or aerosol products.
- Proficient in the English language (Speaking/Reading/Writing) to understand work instructions and document results.
- Knowledge of fundamental cGMP and regulatory requirements in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment highly preferred.
- Basic understanding of mechanical machinery and the operating principles of control systems.
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to work in both independent and team environments.
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety procedures, including OSHA.
- Strong mathematical and organizational skills.
