Pharmaceutical Information Manager, Onco position responsible for promoting company products within a designated region, building and maintaining productive relationships with healthcare institutions, achieving promotional targets, and ensuring market share and growth. Responsibilities include planning and executing institution visit plans, utilizing promotional materials, providing medical information, maintaining high-quality professional visits, uncovering market potential, executing market development strategies, organizing academically-oriented promotional activities, managing the region, maintaining detailed institutional data, analyzing regional conditions, coordinating with market/commerce teams, monitoring inventory and supply, and ensuring healthcare institutions' monthly product consumption while preventing stockouts. Required Skills include account management, bid management, CRM, data analysis, market analysis, product knowledge, revenue management, sales forecasting, sales strategy development, strategic planning, and strong customer-centric, communication, time-management, and ethical standards. Education: college diploma or above; medical/pharmaceutical or related field preferred; 2-3 years hospital pharmaceutical representative experience; foreign pharmaceutical company experience preferred.
