Job Summary
Pharmaceutical Sales Rep responsible for owning an assigned territory, driving meeting or exceeding territory sales goals in Primary Care and some Specialty Physician spaces, developing and growing market through new business opportunities, and maximizing product growth. Role requires developing local Opinion Leader relationships, collaborating cross-functionally with Division Business Managers, Regional Business Directors, and corporate commercial teams, complying with corporate and legal requirements for product promotion, sampling, and resource tracking, and leveraging strong analytical and business acumen to provide actionable recommendations. Strong emphasis on communication, relationship-building, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments while leading product launches; interviews will be conducted for qualified applicants.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant degree is preferred or documented sales experience
- Strong clinical selling and account management abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly build meaningful relationships
- Works and leads collaboratively and puts integrity first, without exception
