Job Summary
Pharmaceutical CIP/COP Technical Coordinator responsible for providing scientific administration support to the technical field service team serving Life Sciences customers in Europe. Based in one of Ecolab’s European offices on a fixed-term contract (9-month maternity leave cover). Key duties include interpreting and explaining scientific/technical information gathered from field service, reviewing and contributing to technical reports, assessments, and documentation, and supporting data-driven reporting with attention to detail. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a life-sciences field, fluency in English, and the ability to understand and communicate analytical concepts; travel up to 20% within Europe is expected. Second language proficiency is preferred. The role emphasizes scientific communication, documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams within a diverse, inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology/Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or equivalent life-science field)
- Fluent in English
- Ability to understand, interpret, and explain scientific and technical information
- Ability to review and contribute to technical reports, assessments, and documentation
- Comfortable in laboratory or manufacturing environments
- Understanding of Analytical concepts at a conceptual level
- Willingness to travel up to 20% within Europe
- Second language preferred
