Job Summary
Conduct intensive physician engagement to drive prescription volumes for immunology and vaccine products across regional territories. Execute personalized consulting strategies and demonstrate innovative therapeutic concepts in complex indications through direct patient advocacy. Organize and lead regional and central training events in coordination with the regional manager and team. Leverage existing experience as a pharmacist or clinical reference to build strong networks and influence prescribing behavior. Maintain a high level of autonomy and result orientation while supporting patient health outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung als Pharmaberater, Pharmareferent oder Klinikreferent in verschiedenen Indikationen
- Naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung (idealerweise Hochschulabschluss) oder Ausbildung zum Geprüften Pharmareferent gemäß §75 AMG
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Bereitschaft, eigenverantwortlich und ergebnisorientiert zu arbeiten
- Als durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit und erfahrener Netzwerker
- Bereitschaft, eigenverantwortlich und ergebnisorientiert zu arbeiten
- Im Gebiet: Delitzsch, Torgau, Wurzen, Oschatz, Grimma, Döbeln, Mittweida
