Job Summary
Lead commercial contact for assigned dermatological key accounts, building long-term relationships with dermatologists and practice stakeholders. Position products as differentiated therapy options within existing treatment pathways and implement national launch strategies into individual account plans to ensure rapid market penetration. Conduct high-quality scientific and value-based conversations while managing overall regional performance and business results. Apply structured account planning and prioritization, leveraging data and insights to optimize customer interactions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional commercial and medical teams while adhering to defined compliance and governance guidelines. Present professional brand messages consistently across all engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. pharmazeutische Wissenschaften, Naturwissenschaften) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation nach §75 AMG
- Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Spezialaußendienst
- Fundiertes Verständnis des deutschen Gesundheitssystems
- Gültiger Führerschein
- Reisebereitschaft innerhalb des jeweiligen Gebiets
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1–C2)
- Erfahrung mit Produkteinführungen oder Indikationserweiterungen
- Erfahrung im Management von Key Accounts im Specialty-Care-Bereich, bevorzugt Dermatologie
- Anwendung von CRM-Systemen und strukturierten Vertriebsprozessen
- Erfahrung in Matrix- oder Outsourcing-Umfeldern
