Job Summary
Execute routine administrative and physical tasks for shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing customer products using the SAP EBS system. Enter product movement data into the computerized inventory system, conduct routine transactions, and consistently adhere to SOPs and cGMPs. Prepare and ship products, reject items at the warehouse, and notify relevant departments upon receipt, sampling, or shipment. Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure specifications match paperwork, report deviations to the FSP Manager, and support batch record documentation for packaging operations. Operate machinery for physical handling, including packaging assembly and label affixing, while achieving agreed KPIs and metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Completed Leaving Cert.
- A relevant Level 6 qualification orequivalent industry experience.
- A valid forklift license and experience operating heavy equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to follow directions and work with moderate supervision.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to customer delivery and performance.
- Ability to work at heights.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a cGMP-related industry is advantageous.
- Experience with a Warehouse Management System (SAP) is desirable but not essential.
- Familiarity with written SOPs and Master Batch Records.
