Pharma 3 Operator

Operate batch and continuous reactors, high pressure systems, centrifuges, and distillation equipment while monitoring valves, vacuums, and pressures to maintain process control. Clean all equipment using designated procedures, troubleshoot production line issues, and interpret results from computer-controlled devices. Handle hazardous materials safely, including loading/unloading trucks and transporting waste, while completing operation log books and required permits. Perform laboratory tests on process samples and assist with implementing new processes or updating SOPs. Adhere to EPA, FDA, and cGMP regulations throughout the shift. Requires high school diploma, three years of manufacturing experience, and strong mechanical aptitude.
