Pharma 2 Operator

Operate batch and continuous type reactors, high pressure reactors, centrifuges, filters, and solvent distillation equipment according to designated procedures. Monitor process variables, adjust controls on valves and pumps, and troubleshoot production line problems safely. Clean all equipment, handle hazardous materials, and transport drums while preventing environmental spills. Perform laboratory tests on process samples, complete operation log books, and assist in training new operators. Adhere to EPA, FDA, and cGMP regulations, including completing line entry and hot work permits. Assume duties of Reactor Operator Chem I/II.
