Job Summary
Develop and execute a 6–12 month digital marketing and growth strategy for a Realtor serving Marlboro, Morganville, and surrounding areas, integrating SEO, local SEO, and AI Search Optimization across Google, YouTube, and social platforms. Conduct market, audience, competitor, and keyword research to build topical authority around local real estate, home values, and neighborhood trends. Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base to develop AI-powered content strategies that transform core assets into optimized formats for websites, blogs, and social channels. Manage Google Ads campaigns, monitor performance metrics, and automate repetitive workflows to save at least 20 hours per week while improving lead generation. Establish and track key performance indicators including organic visibility, qualified leads, and conversion rates to recommend continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, SEO, content marketing, performance marketing, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with SEO and local SEO
- Experience with Google Ads / PPC and paid digital marketing
- Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI tools
- Understanding of AI Search Optimization, LLMO, AEO, or GEO
- Knowledge of Marlboro, Morganville, Monmouth County, or New Jersey real estate
- Experience with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Large Language Model Optimization (LLMO), or Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
- Experience developing and managing content strategies across multiple digital platforms
- Experience with marketing automation and AI-powered workflows
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar analytics platforms
- Strong knowledge of keyword research, search intent, content optimization, and competitor analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
