Job Summary
HR Admin/Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and selection of new hire for a variety of positions as well as supporting recruiting efforts within other areas of the company including other locations. Also responsible for data entry, scheduling interviews, accommodating walk-in interviews, onboarding and offboarding coordination, and assisting with end-to-end recruiting processes (resume screening, interview scheduling, test administration, offer preparation). Manages new hire data in ATS and HRIS, posts requisitions, prepares contracts, maintains employee records, and supports government-compliant onboarding. Collaborates with hiring managers to ensure suitable candidate selection, conducts pre-employment requirements (background checks, drug testing), supports job fairs, and contributes to employee engagement and retention programs. Strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to interpret business documentation and regulatory guidelines are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Psychology, Human Resource or Business related field.
- At least six months of Human Resources experience required, preferably in the Call Center industry.
- English proficiency required.
- Working knowledge of Windows, PowerPoint, advanced Word and Excel; ability to learn new software.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; strong written and communication skills.
