Job Summary
Seasonal pH Clerk responsible for monitoring multiple pH levels and final probe pH, adjusting chemicals via pumps, maintaining cleanliness of related equipment, logging data in Excel, creating daily reports, and distributing them. Works on-site at the Modesto Cannery during the Harvest season (mid-July through end of September, may extend) with swing or graveyard shifts and up to six days per week. Emphasis on precision, safety, and understanding how pH impacts food manufacturing processes. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong attention to detail and procedures. Well-suited for a team-oriented environment with independent work capability.
