Job Summary
Teach Mathematics at the senior secondary level (Classes 11 and 12) in alignment with the CBSE curriculum, developing engaging lesson plans and instructional materials. Administer and grade assignments, quizzes, and exams while regularly assessing student understanding through classroom activities. Provide constructive feedback to guide academic improvement, identify students needing additional support, and encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Maintain a disciplined learning environment, handle student queries, and communicate regularly with parents regarding progress and behavior. Organize parent-teacher meetings and participate in school events, workshops, and mathematics-related competitions. Pursue continuous professional development through training workshops and seminars to integrate contemporary teaching techniques. Requires an M.Sc. in Mathematics, mandatory B.Ed., and minimum three years of senior secondary teaching experience. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Mathematics (M.Sc. in Mathematics) or equivalent
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory
- Minimum of 3 years of experience teaching Mathematics at the senior secondary level (Classes 11 and 12)
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics and the ability to simplify complex concepts for students
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching and classroom management
