PgMO Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
PgMO Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a global PgMO: maintain governance standards and procedures, consolidate program data into status reports and dashboards, coordinate PgMO meeting cadences, maintain document libraries, monitor risk and issue logs, onboard new team members to tools and processes, identify bottlenecks and propose improvements, with 3–5 years of related experience and strong Google/M365 and project-management tool proficiency. This role emphasizes operational precision, cross-team communication across time zones, data organization, and process documentation in a fast-moving environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in PgMO coordination, project support, executive administration, or business operations
- Strong proficiency in Google (gmail, docs, slides) and Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and at least one project management platform (Asana, Jira, MS Project, or equivalent)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Clear communicator across teams and time zones
- Business-fluent English (written and verbal)
