Job Summary
Support various functions within PGIM Real Estate (Japan), including transactions and asset management. Responsibilities include financial modeling, market research, and preparing presentation materials. Must have strong Excel skills and intermediate Japanese proficiency. This is for a full-time internship for Japanese citizens only.
Required Qualifications
- Japan Citizenship
- Current university student (third year or above)
- GPA 3.5 or above
- Intermediate to advanced Japanese language skills
- Strong Excel skills
Additional Requirements
- Applicants must be able to work full-time in Japan
- Must commit to a continuous three-month period between September and December 2026
