Job Summary
Analyst on the Portfolio Management team within PGIM’s Direct Lending strategy, focusing on middle-market private credit investments across the U.S. and Western Europe. Responsible for portfolio/credit monitoring of a $7bn+ AUM portfolio, tracking performance, supporting fundraising efforts, providing insights to the Investment Committee, and contributing to data analysis, securitization (CLOs and multi-asset solutions), and process improvements. Collaborates with investment, operations, and other teams to ensure smooth portfolio workflows. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and 1–3 years of financial analysis experience, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills and effective written/verbal communication. This is a hybrid role based in Chicago, IL, with in-office collaboration three days per week. Salary range $80,000–$85,000 and comprehensive compensation package are noted in the posting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (strong coursework preferred)
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis
