PGD Operations Leader - Brevard

Job Summary
Leads a team of Technicians at the Brevard plant, overseeing daily operations, preventive maintenance, and reliability checks to ensure plant and pipeline equipment operate to meet production requirements. Provides leadership in operation and maintenance, assists in budgeting for O&M, manages technical performance of the plant, drives safety for facilities and personnel, and guides personnel development and succession planning. Coaches employees in safe work practices and crafts skills, develops and refines operations procedures, ensures compliance with federal/state/local laws and company policies, and supports process improvements and startup/shutdown activities. May travel to other sites within the region as needed to support operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Grad / GED
- Experience: 5+ years
- Leadership Experience: 2+ years
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
