Job Summary
Maintenance Specialist focused on inverter and battery technology in the region, acting as SME for OEM-specific interfaces, owning work management processes, coordinating materials for critical components, facilitating RCA and change management, and providing training to field teams. Leads regional maintenance efforts, standardizes best practices, develops technicians, and collaborates with site leadership on asset/material management, TOI/TMOD, and major-project coordination (augmentation/retrofits); emphasizes Maximo work orders, regional PMs, and process development. Requires strong communication, process management, safety and reliability focus, and experience with OEM equipment and technical training.
