Job Summary
Haul compressed gas cylinders and hardgoods on local and home daily routes, performing hands-on physical loading and unloading of the truck. Operate a 10-speed tractor with a current Hazmat endorsement, adhering to a Monday through Friday schedule with 8-14 hour day shifts starting at 6am. Overtime is available, and the role includes monthly safety bonuses and a referral program. Candidates must possess a CDL Class A license, DOT medical card, and a clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or DUIs in the last five years.
Required Qualifications
- CDL Class A license and current DOT medical card
- Minimum 2 years of CDL Class A driving experience or 1.5 years of experience with certification from an accredited driving school
- Must have prior experience driving a manual 10-speed transmission and be able to pass the road test
- Current Hazmat Endorsement
- No more than 1 traffic violation in the last 2 years, no at-fault accidents in the last 2 years, and no DUI/DWI in last 5 years (1 per lifetime)
- Ability to pass DOT physical, DOT drug test, and criminal background check
