Job Summary
Join Valeo Thermal Systems in Skawina as a PG Commodity SQA Engineer. Provide recommendations to the regional Sourcing Committee on supplier capability for sourcing the commodity, use AQP - SRM PQA module for project components, and raise technical issues to Project Quality and Project Purchasing for drawings, specifications or VRF modifications. Assist in Top Worst Suppliers meetings, monitor key regional indicators for the commodity, and perform audits of purchased components to validate supplier processes. The role emphasizes teamwork, precision, and the ability to work in a high-quality automotive environment with opportunities for training and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in technical area
- 3-5 years of experience in supplier quality area preferably in automotive industry
- Operational Quality Experience
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of Quality Tools (FMEA, Measurement System Analysis, SPC, PDCA, 5 Why, 8D, Ishikawa, APQP + PPAP, Control Plan)
- Certified Internal or External System Auditor IATF 16949, VDA 6.3
- Willingness to travel
