Job Summary
PFS Analyst responsible for analyzing and compiling data on Medicare/Medicaid and other payors to identify variances and trends, driving process improvements within the department. Requires 3+ years of governmental reimbursement experience, knowledge of Healthcare Accounts Receivable and Patient Access, experience with KPI metrics and patient account audits, and strong communication and Microsoft Office skills. Position involves data-driven analysis, reporting of results, and supporting optimization of reimbursement workflows in a 40-hour workweek (M-F) in Covington, LA.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 3+ years of progressive in-depth related governmental reimbursement experience
- Familiar with Healthcare Accounts Receivables and Patient Access
- Experience with data analysis and KPI metrics
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
