Job Summary
Organize, prepare, and conduct virtual and in-person workshops for up to 200 participants, including follow-up sessions, while actively developing change and organizational development measures for leadership and staff within the Global Business Services transformation. Manage the new feedback landscape platform, contribute to internal moderation pools, and test digital tools to enhance virtual collaboration. Support daily operations by creating presentations and manuals. Full-time on-site presence required for this 5-6 month mandatory internship, open to students with strong academic performance and MS Office proficiency.
