Job Summary
Support accounting and administration tasks for a growing sports education company in Frankfurt. Prepare for accounting with the tax office, process and review invoices, and assist with B2B invoicing. Contribute to monthly analysis, controlling, and KPI tracking while maintaining financial data systems. Help with payroll preparation, contract management, and internal process documentation. Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and administrative projects supporting the company's expansion into DACH cities. This mandatory six-month placement offers direct access to the finance team and leadership, including a laptop and full Germany ticket coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Du befindest dich im Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Management, Finance oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Du bist in einer schulischen Ausbildung
- Pflichtpraktikum im Rahmen deines Studiums oder der Schule (Mindestens 6 Monate)
- Sehr strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Zahlenaffinität und analytisches Denken
- Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Zuverlässigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel / Google Sheets
- Proaktive Kommunikation und Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
Desired Qualifications
- Starkes Interesse an Finance, Controlling und Unternehmenssteuerung
- Idealerweise erste Erfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich (kein Muss)
